Texasville Opry to feature Lisa Layne as Patsy Cline this Saturday night

This Saturday night, The Texasville Opry will feature Ms. Lisa Layne of Dallas Texas as Patsy Cline in "A Night With Patsy" at the historic Royal Theater.

Ms. Layne is only one of three women who have been certified to perform as Patsy Cline by the Patsy Cline Foundation. She previously appeared at the Royal six years ago in the Ted Swindoll production of "Always, Patsy Cline" to 5 sold out shows. The Texasville Opry house band, Texas Pride will be backing up Ms. Layne.

Ms. Layne will sing 28 chart busting songs of Patsy Cline and will sing songs from each era that she was popular. Each era will be highlighted by an appropriate costume change for that particular stage of Cline's career.

What tickets that remain can be purchased by calling (940) 574-2489. An operator will take your information and forward it to a Royal ticket manager who will call you back to fill the order. All tickets are $20.00. Tickets are not available from online sales.

There were only about 10 seats left at press time, and Gary Beesinger, producer for the show urged everyone to hurry and order one of those last tickets to see the show of a lifetime..."A Night With Patsy.".
