Joyce Simmons Ostermann of Windthorst, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 9, 2020. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Vigil service and rosary were held at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 11, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Windthorst followed by Mass celebrated with Rev.
