But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord. 2 Corinthians 3:18 (King James Version) About 16 years ago, I sensed God calling me to pastoral ministry.

Hometown Gardner

Body
It happened to me this morning as I took my ritual Sunday soak in the tub. That grand epiphany that comes to most naturalists, when we get a tiny glimpse into how all things in Nature cooperate to survive, reproduce, and carry on the progeny. Plants, in particular, evolved to be eaten. Not only do they share their leaves and branches but many produce edible delicacies for mankind and our four legged cousins, also birds, bees, butterflies, and other insects… even fish. Fruits, nuts, and berries are specifically tailored to meet the needs of these various creatures on a seasonal basis. For example, nuts contain fats that help the consumers of nuts through the winter. Nuts mature in the fall… Perfect!!
