The Windthorst ISD School Board voted to extend Superintendent Dr. William Paul’s contract by one year through the 2024-2025 school year during its meeting Wednesday Jan.

The Windthorst Spartans 8th grade boys are 6-1 on the season with wins vs. Olney (45-18), Archer City (44-6) and Quanah (50-26). The 8th grade was loss came against Lipan (57-31).
