Gold! Trojanettes bring home 14th title in five-set thriller

Just call it Titletown.

Windthorst became the state’s all-time winningest program, bringing home state title No. 14 following a back-and-forth five set (25-12, 20-25, 25-23, 14-25, 15-12) win over Lindsay (39-10) in Friday’s title game matchup.

Head coach Allison Bussey follows in the footsteps of her mentors Diane Conrady and Stacy Wolf after bringing Trojanland its first volleyball title since 2008.

The Windthorst Trojanettes are state champions once again following a 3-2 win over Lindsay to earn the program's 14th overall title.
