The Object of Life: According to Jesus

Body
The object of life, according to Jesus, is straightforward. Do not spend your life playing a losing game, and do not fill your life full of unhappiness. You can be rich toward God. With God’s help, your life can be a source of pleasure toward the creator of the universe, making God smile. God’s assessment of your life is all that matters. Being rich toward God means growing an increasingly healthy and good soul. It means learning about what God has given you, such as skills and passions, and doing things that improve the world. It means being generous with what you have, not selfish and greedy.
