The Sheriff’s Office received 131 calls for service this past week. As this report is being written there are 29 inmates and 2 being female in the Archer County Jail.

Windthorst freshman signal caller Brock Belcher is going to be a problem for opposing defenses for years to come. The young phenom accounted for 287 yards of total offense – going 16for-20 through the air for 230 yards and four scores while adding 57 yards on the ground on seven totes as the Trojans pulled away for a 47-7 win in their district opener.
