Yvonne Pryor Quisenberry, age 87, of Archer City, walked into the arms of her Lord and Savior on Thursday night, April 25, 2024, in Advanced Rehab and Healthcare in Wichita Falls. Services were held at 10 a.m.

District Champions Archer City Lady Cats trekked 48 miles east to Bowie High School to take on the Lindsay Lady Knights in Bi-District softball double-header action on Friday, April 26. The Lady Cats, fresh off a 13-2 romping over the Windthorst Trojanettes, faced off against a Lady Knights team that was on a three-game losing streak before making the playoffs.
