A late, fourth quarter surge by the Nocona Indians gave them the 12-point win over the Archer City Wildcats on Tuesday, Jan. 14. Up until the final quarter, the two clobbered each other on the defensive side of the court, with the Indians holding just an 1815 lead heading into the fourth quarter.

Eagles take round one versus Mustangs

The Holliday Eagles and the City View Mustangs have a history of playing each other to the best of their abilities on a basketball court, and this year’s first meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 14 was no different as it took a late run by the Eagles to secure the victory at home.
