ACJLS to kick off new show on Thursday

The Archer County Junior Livestock Show will debut a new show schedule for its 2026 edition with 8 of the 14 events having their showtimes adjusted. ACJLS board president Jason Austin said the board was going through complaints of the previous year and is hoping some of those complaints can be addressed with these new adjustments.

Both the Holliday Eagles and Lady Eagles competed in the 18th annual Wichita Falls Classic high school basketball tournament on Monday, Dec. 22. This year’s installment was hosted by Midwestern State University, and was played at D. L. Ligon Coliseum.
