The Sheriff’s Office received 185 calls for service this week. As this report is being written there are 14 inmates 3 being female in the Archer County Jail. On Tuesday, Archer City VFD was dispatched to a gas leak in Archer City. The caller stated that while installing a new water line the construction crew struck a 2” gas line.
