The Sheriff’s Office received 123 Calls for Service during the past seven day period ending Sunday, Oct.4. On the day of this report there were 29 individuals incarcerated in the Archer County Jail consisting of 25 men and fourwomen. County approves inmate services contract

The Archer County Commissioner’s Court approved a renewal of a contract with City Tele-Coin Company for inmate phone and commissary services during its meeting on Monday, April 9. Sheriff Jack Curd said the contract is very similar to the one set to expire except the county will receive a larger percentage of revenue from the service.
