What do you think of when you hear the words senior moment, brain lapse or is it just my age? This question was asked by Miranda Revell, Archer County Extension Agent. Thirteen of us recently attended a sixhour class taught over a three week-period at the Archer Service Center. It is called Brain Power and there might be things we can do to help adjust to memory changes.
