Archer County held a retiremenet party for Commissioner Pct. 3 Pat Martin III, whose term ended on Jan. 1, at the Courthouse Annex on Friday, Dec. 27. Martin served as commissioner for 20 years before electing to not seek relection. Kendall Coleman is set to begin as the next commissioner at the start of the new year....
