City of Holliday modifies water rate

The City of Holliday voted to increase the wholesale water rate at the scheduled meeting on Mon., July 10.

The City of Wichita Falls increased the wholesale rate by 8.2%, which the Holliday City Council approved.

“I don’t even know why we need to approve it,” Mayor Allen Moore said. “They’re going to do it anyway.”
