Commissioners Approve Elected Officials Salaries

Following lengthy discussion, the Archer County Commissioner’s Court proposed elected official salaries during its meeting on Monday, Aug. 10.

County Judge Randy Jackson opened the discussion with a motion to give all county employees, except for the county constables, a 2% raise as well as an increase to retirement to a 175% pass forward with a lumpsum payout option at retirement.
