Green set to move outside Archer City limits

The youngest mayor in the history of Archer City will be leaving his position soon, after electing to not run for another term. Kelvin Green was born and raised in Archer City and was just 18 years old when he was elected as mayor in 2014. His mother, Michelle, was born in Windthorst and father, Mark, was born in Archer City.
