Holliday fills vacant Place 4 on City Counci

The Holliday City Council voted to name Scott Hammel to fill the vacant Place 4 position during its council meeting on Monday, Feb. 13. The council made the motion to have Hammel fill the position vacated by Kevin Nichols after discussing the item in executive session.
