Holliday, Lakeside City, Archer City in drought restrictions

The cities of Holliday and Lakeside City announced they were entering stage 1 drought watch on Monday, Jan. 9. The cities both followed the city of Wichita Falls in entering the watch after the combined lake levels of Lake Kickapoo and Lake Arrowhead dropped below 65% capacity to 64.7%.
