Lakeside City council votes to raise water rate

The Lakeside City city council approved passing on a water rate increase of 4.67% from its provider, the City of Wichita Falls, to its consumers during its meeting Tuesday, Oct. 19.

This will be the city’s first water rate increase since 2015.
