During the Archer County Commissioner’s Court, County Judge Randy Jackson announced that Pct. 4 Commissioner Darryl Lightfoot will be retiring effective March 1.
According to Lightfoot, he began working for the county as a road hand on Oct. 2, 1995 and began serving as commissioner on Jan. 1, 2003.
