What was once a far-fetched ideal is on its way to becoming a reality in Archer County, thanks to forward-thinking commissioners and road crews.
“We have a lot of oil trucks running through our county,” says Wade Scarbrough (Commissioner, Precinct 1), “and many of these now heavily trafficked roads were only intended for tractors and light agricultural traffic.
