Runaway Bay man dies in U.S. 281 crash Friday
A Runaway Bay man died in a multi-vehicle car crash on U.S. 281 near Wichita Falls at about 6:45 p.m.. Friday, Oct. 29.
According to a Texas Department of Public Safety press release, Matthew Lange, 35, was traveling northbound in a Nissan SUV when he crossed the center line and struck a southbound 18-wheeler’s trailer axels. Lange continued to travel southbound and struck a Dodge pickup head on.
