WISD reviews bond refinancing report

The Windthorst ISD school board received a report of its series 2011 bond refinancing review during its meeting Monday, Feb. 8.

The board had voted to begin the process with district financial advisor Craig Cunningham, of D A Davidson, during the Sept. 14 board meeting. Cunningham presented the review to the board via teleconference during the Feb. 8 meeting.
