Agnes Redder Loran passed away Sept. 23, at her home in Scotland.

She was born Feb. 25, 1926 in Rhineland, Texas to Joseph and Mary Decker Redder. Agnes was one of seven children. She married Fidelis J. Loran on May 30, 1950. Agnes was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Windthorst and a 51-year member of the Christian Mother's Society. She was a loving, dedicated mother of 11 children.

A Christian wake was celebrated at 6 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 26, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Windthorst. The funeral mass was held at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Rhineland on Monday, Sept. 27, at 3 p.m. Interment followed at the St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery.

Agnes was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Mary Redder; husband, Fidelis J. Loran; sons, Robert Loran and James Loran; brothers, Philip Redder, Robert Redder, Charles Redder and sister, Lucille Gardner.

Survivors include children: Joe Loran, Michael (Cathy) Loran; Rita (Ray) Mooney; Joan (Charles) Atchley; Julia (Nat) Oechsner; John (Gina) Loran; Christine (Tom Weeks) Brooking; Marquita (Eric) Brooking; Anthony (Christine) Loran; and daughter-in-law Jimmie Sue Loran. Brothers: Albert Redder and Herman Redder. Sister-in-law Sister Andrea Loran. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and a host of cherished nieces, nephews and friends.

Memorials may be made to St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Rhineland; the Scotland or Windthorst Volunteer Fire Departments, Hospice of Wichita Falls or a charity of choice.

Arrangements are under the direction of McCauley-Smith Funeral Home in Munday.
