Bailes named new FSA County Exectutive Director

Kathy Bailes is the new County Executive Director in the Wichita (Iowa Park) and Archer County FSA Offices. Bailes, formerly Kathy Pechacek, was born and raised in Archer County, attended Megargel schools, then earned her Bachelor in Science degree in Agricultural Education from Texas A&M University.
