Speed limit reduction set for U.S. 82/277

A speed limit reduction is coming to U.S. 82/277 on May 3.

The highway between Wichita Falls and Holliday will be lowered from 60 mph to 5 mph permanently.

The limits are from half a mile west of FM 369 to half a mile east of the Archer County line.

Message boards have been installed to notify drivers of the change.
