Archer City Council vacates, deeds alleyway; clearing way for Dollar Tree transaction

The Archer City council voted to convey a part of a closed alleyway to D & V Quadrifogilo properties so it can be sold to Dollar Tree in an upcoming transaction during its council meeting on Thursday, Jan. 19.
