Holliday (1-0) opened the season with a 4-2 win on the road over Burkburnett. Carly Duggins (1-0) allowed two runs (one earned) on six hits with a walk and two strikeouts to earn the win. Allie Davis scored three of the team’s four runs, going 1-for-3 with a triple from the leadoff spot while Jordan Peters went 2-for-4 with an RBI.
