Archer City Sonic proper ty sold

A deed for the old Sonic property in the 200 block of N. Center St. shows the property to now be in the hands of a company with ties to Dollar Tree developments across the state.

A deed filed with the Archer County Clerk’s office on March 17 shows the property switching hands from D & V Quadrifoglio Properties to 525 TX Ref Archer City.
