Cruzes preparing to open restaurant in Scotland

A new restaurant is coming to Archer County as Jessica and Pedro Cruz have taken ownership of the former Thad & Paisley’s building in Scotland.

The couple, from Grapevine, said they visited Thad & Paisley’s frequently when they visit Jessica’s parents, Jerry and Margarette Smith, and after the restaurant’s closure they decided the building needed to continue serving residents in the area.
