Lady Cats drop opener to Bowie

Archer City (0-1) suffered a 3-0 (25-14, 25-15, 25-11) on the road in its season-opener on Monday, Aug. 7, to Class 3A Bowie.

Kassidy Marin led the back line with nine digs while senior Brynlee Skelton paced the offense with seven kills. Senior Caitlyn Hilbers added seven assists.
