Levy, Hancock find each other through DNA

Archer County Attorney David Levy was recently united with a brother he never knew he had.

Raymond Hancock grew up in Detroit with five siblings and was unaware of the possibility of having a different father than them.

“My mother was divorced when I was very young, and about 20 years ago, I got a phone call from her ex-husband saying that I needed to know he was not my father,” Hancock said.
