Lisa Gail Smith

Lisa Gail Smith was born on Jan. 10, 1965 to Louise and Art walker. Her spirit left this world on June 5, 2024.

Rosary and Vigil Service was held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, June 8, 2024, at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Scotland immediately followed by Mass being celebrated with Rev. Michael Moloney, OFS, Pastor of St. Mary’s and St. Boniface Catholic Church, officiating. Interment followed in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Windthorst under the direction of Aulds Funeral Home of Archer City.

She was preceded in death by her parents Louise and Art, siblings Linda Hibbard, Phyllis Michel, Lynn Love, and Jerry Spence.

She is survived by her husband, David Joe of 33 years, her daughter, Lindsay and son-inlaw Harold Helm, along with her four beautiful grandchildren, Hunter, Addyson, Haisley, and Halanna. Her sister, Sherri, and brother-inlaw, Ed Darity as well as her sister Tinka.

Lisa loved life and all of the ups and downs that came with it. We will miss her.

There were no strangers in Lisa’s life. She loved being in this world and hated to leave it. To all of her family friends, and frenemies to quote her “peace out”.
