Petition filed to remove Hall as District Attorney

A petition has been filed with the 97th District Court to remove District Attorney Casey Hall until her theft case is resolved.

Hall was indicted for theft of property greater than $2,500 less than $30,000 from Montague County on Monday, July 8.
