Magistrations to be live streamed from jail

The Archer County Justices of the Peace will soon begin live streaming magistrations at the Archer County Jail following a Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals ruling.

The court ruled in Texas Tribune v. Caldwell County that a closed magistration hearing violates the First Amendment.
