HISD cancels May Election

The Holliday ISD school board approved the cancellation of the called May 3 election during its meeting on Monday, March 3.

Holliday ISD was slated to have a contested election for Place 5 as Amy Hughes and Vinnie Pagano applied to replace outgoing board member Dr. Philip Dowd. Pagano has since made the decision to withdraw his candidacy.
