Brian Cody Roberts

Brian Cody Roberts, age 53, of Windthorst, Texas, passed away unexpectedly late Tuesday night, June 30, 2026, in Denison, Texas.

Rosary and wake service was held at 6 p.m. followed by visitation from 6:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. Friday, July 3, at Aulds Funeral Home of Archer City. Arrangements were under the direction of Aulds Funeral Home of Archer City.

Brian was born July 15, 1972, in Wichita Falls, Texas to Jackie Wayne Roberts and Nancy Elizabeth Hoagland Roberts.

He was a graduate of Windthorst High School.

Throughout is lifetime, Brian worked as a correctional officer in Wichita Falls, for Orkin Pest Control, as a cross country truck driver, and most recently, on a harvest crew.

Brian enjoyed fishing, playing video games and spending time with his family.

Survivors include one daughter, Sierra Roberts and Sam Wells of Vernon; his granddaughter, Sarah Denise Wells of Vernon; parents, Mike and Nancy Schreiber of Windthorst; grandmother, Wilma Hoagland of Wichita Falls; two brothers, Mike Schreiber, Jr. of Oklahoma City and Matt Schreiber and wife, Kate of Wichita Falls; one sister, Ann Turner and husband, Matt of New Braunfels; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Brian was preceded in death by his father, Jackie Wayne Roberts.
