Championship Core Returns as Windthorst Cross Country Eyes Another Deep Run

One season removed from claiming the 2AD2 boys cross country state championship, the Windthorst Trojans cross country program enters the new season looking to produce more of the same. With a new yet familiar coach in Heather Stark, the program hopes to continue its winning ways.

“We graduated one boy and one girl runner,” Stark said. “So not a ton of graduates. The bulk of the boys team was back.”
