Erma Lee Dillard, 86, of Holliday, passed from this life on Sunday, July 5, 2026 in Wichita Falls, Texas.
Erma was born on Dec. 9, 1939, in Ada, Oklahoma to Vergil and Ruby Mae Hood Hallum. She graduated from Holliday High School in 1957 and continued on to Draughon’s Business College. She married Gary Don Dillard on Aug. 30, 1957 in Holliday, Texas. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Holliday, Texas. She was a bookkeeper and secretary for Holliday Rod Service, J.R. Franklin Tank Trucks, J.L. Gage, Jr., Gage and Dillard, and Dillard and Dillard. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Gary Don Dillard, and her sister Joyce Craig.
She is survived by her son: Greg Dillard and Jana of Holliday; daughter: Suzan Napier and Robert of Holliday; grandchildren: Zach Dillard and Holly of Holliday, Noel Dillard of Holliday, Larissa Dillard of Abilene, and Zoe Gerk of Austin; and a great-grandson: Seybrun Dillard; and her dear sister: JoAnn Stone of Blackflat Community. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, July 9, 2026 at Hampton Vaughan Crestview Funeral Home, 1917 Archer City Highway, Wichita Falls, Texas 76302.
The family has requested that donations be made to Hospice of Wichita Falls. The family is very grateful for the care provided by Bestcare at Royal Estates.
Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m., Friday, July 10, 2026 at Holliday Cemetery.
