Leona Berend Koetter, age 93, of Windthorst passed away on Saturday, Oct. 9, in Wichita Falls. Rosary and Vigil service were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 13, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Windthorst. Funeral Mass was celebrated immediately following with Rev.
