Mary Beth Longino

Mary Beth Longino, age 74, of Henrietta, passed away Friday, May 7, 2021, in Hospice of Wichita Falls.

Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, June 17, at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Scotland with Rev. Michael Moloney, Pastor of St. Mary’s and St. Boniface Catholic Church, officiating. Interment will follow in St. Boniface Cemetery under the direction of Aulds Funeral Home of Archer City.

Mary was born Feb.18, 1947 in Taylor to the late Louis Matteck and Regina Berryhill Matteck.

She graduated from Breckenridge School of Vocational Nursing in 1967. Mary was employed at St. David’s Hospital in Austin for thirteen years until her retirement in 1995. In 1996, she moved to Archer County and later moved to Henrietta.

Mary enjoyed spending time with her family and her animals. She attended St. Boniface Catholic Church in Scotland and St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Henrietta.

Survivors include one brother, Albert Matteck and wife, Jeanette of Ft. Worth; brother-in-law, Albert Hilbers of Scotland; several nieces and nephews; and many great-nieces and great-nephews.

She was also preceded in death by her sister, Kathie Hilbers on Oct. 28, 2012.
