Patsy Ann Aaron, 83, of Archer City was called to her Heavenly Home on Feb. 27, 2023. She was a beloved Mother, Mema, Aunt Pat, twin sister and friend.

Graveside services were held at 10 a.m. Friday, March 3, 2023, at Crestview Memorial Park in Wichita Falls with Gary Morrison officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Aulds Funeral Home of Archer City.

Patsy was born on Feb. 12, 1940 in Koochiching, Minnesota to the late Alice and LeRoy Lindley. Patsy was the second born identical twin having been born 20 minutes after her sister Peggy. Patsy was one of four children. Walter Lindley was the oldest of the four. He was followed by Patsy and Peggy Lindley and then their little brother Richard “Dick” Lindley.

Patsy met the love of her life, Billy Aaron, early in 1956. Billy and Patsy were married on July 2, 1956. They had thirty-two wonderful years together before he passed on Sept. 11, 1989.

Patsy will be missed by her family and friends who all loved her dearly. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Billy and her two brothers, Dick and Walter Lindley.

She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Morrison and husband, Jerry of Archer City; her two granddaughters, Miranda Morrison of Holliday and Amber Morrison of Archer City; six great grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her two nephews, Michael Lee Ashton and Jess Ashton that she & Billy raised as their own. She had numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Patsy is also survived by her identical twin sister Peggy Jo Aldridge of Modesto, California.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Archer Senior Citizen Center located at 202 E Walnut St Archer City Texas.
