Vickie Wood

Vickie Wood, age 58, of Henrietta, passed away Sunday morning, Feb.14, at her residence.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 23, at Aulds Funeral Home of Archer City with Chad Stubblefield officiating. Interment will follow in the Archer City Cemetery under the direction of Aulds Funeral Home of Archer City.

Vickie was born Sept. 13, 1962 to the late Robert Lee Wilson and Martha Nan Bates Wilson in Wichita Falls.

She and J.D. Wood were married April 5, 1983 in Petrolia.

Vickie was a loving wife, mother and Nana. She was an avid cheerleader of her grandchildren and watched them in any sport that they played and was also a band Nana Her greatest joy was the grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband, J.D. Wood of Henrietta; twin daughters, Renna Wilson and Jenna Barnes and husband, Lonnie all of Henrietta; brother, Scottie Wilson and wife, Roma of Archer City; step-father, Clifford Farris of Petrolia; and six grandchildren, Kodie, Taylor, Kolter, Kason, Brodie and Brynleigh;

Vickie was also preceded in death by son, Cody in October 1984; and sister, Kelley Farris on Nov. 8, 2015.
