Archer County athletes ear n state honors

Archer County had three teams and 22 total athletes compete at the UIL Cross Country State Championships this year. Seven of those runners finished in the top-20 in their respective races.

The Windthorst Trojans won their first team cross country gold medal in program history, while the Holliday Eagles (bronze) and the Holliday Lady Eagles (silver) each came away with hardware.
