Pirates sink Archer City's upset bid in fourth quarter

Big plays in the second-half spelled doom for the Archer City Wildcats in their home battle with Petrolia on Friday, Oct. 31.

Archer City trailed 24-28 with 4:07 left in the third quarter and looked primed to pull off the upset.

Unfortunately, that was close as they would get to the Pirates as the visitors outscored the Wildcats 22-0 in the final stanza to come away with the 50-24 victory.
