Body The Sheriff’s Office received 121 Calls for Service during the past seven day period ending Sunday, Oct. 11. On the day of this report there were 25 individuals incarcerated in the Archer County Jail consisting of 23 men and two women.

Body Superintendent Lonnie Hise led the Windthorst ISD school board through a discussion of upcoming needed expenditures for the district during its board meeting Monday, Oct. 12.

Body Traffic and pedestrian traffic congestion in and around the 600 Block of S. College Avenue during pick-up and drop-off times in front of Holliday Elementary School has created a serious safety hazard for school children, teachers and parents, according to the district.
