It is a response to a prayer for the nation of Israel and its future. But I would be remiss if I did not earnestly share that it is also an answer to many of our prayers for America today.

Bobby Dwayne Downing, Jr. was born April 4, 1954 in Archer City to Bobby and Dorthy Downing.

The City of Archer City has contracted with Canary Construction to replace certain water mains in Archer City, beginning January 30, 2023. This project is being funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), which provides opportunities for governments to make strategic investments in infrastructure.

The Sheriff’s Office received 132 calls for service this week. As this report is being written there are 30 inmates and 3 being female in the Archer County Jail.
