Body The Windthorst Trojanettes put on a solid defensive effort in their district-opener against the Olney Lady Cubs on Friday, Dec. 13, beating the Lady Cubs in their own home 56-28 to kick off district 1-0.

Body The Holliday Lady Eagles played their first district basketball game on Tuesday, Dec. 10, taking on the City View Lady Mustangs in City View. The Lady Eagles offense was consistent throughout the contest, but Lady Mustangs proved too much, outlasting Holliday 64-49.
