Trojans battle Knights in pitching duels

Body
It seems to be a repeating occurrence, but the Trojans 1-2 pitching duo of junior Conner Schreiber and freshman Aiden Stark continue to dazzle this season. Thursday, May 1, was no different as the two restricted Lindsay to a combined one run and 10 hits between the two games.

Wildcats fall to red-hot Indian bats

Body
Picked to finish last. That was the district expectation for the Archer City Wildcats coming into the season. Just a season before, first-year head coach Collin White and his crew finished with just three wins. Fast forward a year later, the Wildcats nearly quadrupled their wins, and even secured a playoff spot. Although the season came to an abrupt end on Thursday, May 1 against the Nocona Indians, the ‘Crazy Cats’ season should be seen as resounding success.
